Now that your appetite is back, we have a reminder for you: eating for 2 doesn’t mean eating twice as much. Keep your meals at an additional 300-400 calories a day of healthy food.
You can eat food that are rich in Vitamin C such as kiwi, mango, melons, tomatoes, and oranges.
