From hormonal shifts to new worries for the future, it’s only normal to feel a bit anxious during this stage in your pregnancy.
Now is the time for some natural pick-me-up! Try doing some exercises to release endorphins. It will also lower the risk of future post-partum depression and lower the chance of premature delivery.
