Week 13 - 14: Keeping Up With Pregnancy
You’re now more prone to sickness, mommy! Time to build immunity!
Your immune system is being suppressed to prevent your body from rejecting the baby that’s growing inside of you. At this point, it’s all the more important to keep yourself from getting sick. Be extra vigilant about washing your hands. Avoid crowded areas and eat healthy foods that are rich in anti-oxidants.
