Do you know that your body turns food into glucose to fuel your pregnancy? By this stage in your pregnancy, a lot of glucose is building up in your blood. Usually, your body produces insulin to handle that. But if it can’t produce enough insulin to keep up, you may temporarily develop gestational diabetes.

You can avoid this by continuing those healthy eating habits and doing low impact exercises.
