The extra 20-30 pounds you’re carrying causes you to waddle as you walk. As your baby lightens or drops to your lower pelvis, this waddle will be even more pronounced as you head into labor. “Lightening” or dropping is the movement your baby makes to shift in a position that is best for delivery.
Try relaxing with your hips elevated or doing pelvic exercises to relieve that stress.
