Week 6 - 8: Pregnancy Has You Feeling Nauseous
Morning sickness can lessen your appetite. We have some tips to help you.
Do you know that nausea and vomiting are effects of pregnancy hormones scrambling to line your uterus and preparing it for growth?
This is only temporary. As you reach week 14, your morning sickness will decrease.
If you can’t eat full meals, try having small ones and have them often. If you can’t drink, try sucking on ice cubes.
Remember that you still need nutrients from foods and fluids.
